Dennemeyer provides comprehensive user and technical
support to ensure that Dennemeyer implementations are running smoothly
and providing maximum value. Dennemeyer's Customer Support program
is specifically structured to suit the business needs of each client.
All support options provide clients with live telephone support,
email support and access to Dennemeyer's online client support site.
Standard Support
The Standard Support option provides customers
technical support during business hours, as well as software patches,
updates and purchased-version updates. Customers also have access to
designated support teams to ensure efficient and responsive issue resolution.
Extended Support
The Extended Support options provide customers additional
support components for programmatic annual training and new release investment
protection. Customers are able to make more predictable and even system
investments and assure both their system and users are up to date and have
the most flexible support access.
