Anne-Cécile spent over ten years as a researcher both in academia (Columbia University, New York) and in the biotech industry (Xenogen Biosciences, USA, Serono, Switzerland) where she was involved in therapeutic target identification and validation.
Anne-Cécile assesses technologies and provides technical opinion on Intellectual Property strategy and management, advising clients on all issues related to the prosecution and defence of patent and SPC rights.
She provides patentability, infringement, FtO and due diligence opinion, assisting clients in national and foreign patent and SPC litigation, acting as an appointed court expert and representing clients at the European Patent Office in opposition and appeal proceedings.
Passionate about science and research, Anne-Cécile is the author of many scientific publications and regularly lectures to biotech and pharma companies on IP related matters (e.g. antibodies).
