Your tasks

• Interaction with our global network of colleagues and customers
• Flexible and welcoming work environment, focused on teamwork and productivity
• Internal on-the-job training via our international team of professionals
• Maintain positive relationship with our software customers
• Consult customers on how our software can best be utilized to manage their brands and inventions
• Update and support our Intellectual Property (IP) Management software, DIAMS iQ, via remote
connections and occasionally on-site
• Create and customize reports using ComponentOne Report Designer and Microsoft Visual Studio;
create mail merge templates using Microsoft Word
• Design workflow scripts using the individual script language included in our software
• Analyze and configure our proprietary software’s Microsoft SQL database
• Continuing education opportunities to obtain certifications through external classes

Your profile

• Required: Ability to work both autonomously and with a team
• Required: Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
• Required: Excellent command of verbal and written communication skills
• Required: Bachelor’s Degree, CS (or other IT related) Associate’s Degree, or 2+ years software support experience
• Desired: Experience in Microsoft SQL, Microsoft Word mail merge, and/or PowerShell
• Desired: Experience in a position that focuses on customer service / client care
• Desired: Experience with product demonstration, product training, software implementation and/or
project management
• Advantageous: Experience in Component One Report Designer, .NET, XML, Visual Studio, Software
Implementation and/or Windows Server
• Advantageous: Multilingual and/or experience with intellectual property and multilingual
