Your tasks

  • Be supportive to the team members in Braşov and the colleagues in various international offices;
  • Demonstrate professional business communication skills and service oriented attitude towards all departments and company’s clients;
  • Ensure a smooth handling of internal and external mailing (including highly important or confidential documents);
  • Manage Company Phone and E-Mail;
  • Prepare travel arrangements (book flights, transportation to/from airport and accommodation) for colleagues on delegations;
  • Coordinate and organize department activities and functions like meetings; schedule, obtain use of rooms, and set up the rooms and equipment to be used;
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings and workshops with members and staff; including but not limited to arranging for hotel contracts, sending meeting notices, room arrangements, catering, preparation of materials and all follow-up;
  • Responsible for departmental supplies and inventories, including tracking status and orders;
  • Assist with updating lists and preparing reports as requested by superiors;
  • Perform administrative duties, including but not limited to filling, photocopying and archiving;
  • Perform other specific office management tasks;
  • Meet deadlines and deliver quality results.

Your profile

  • University Degree in Business or Foreign Languages or similar/Student in Final year with a strong communication style;
  • Previous experience welcome (but not a must), for career starters - internships highly appreciated;
  • Fluent spoken and written English, further languages (particularly German and/or French) are a plus;
  • Very good command of MS Office;
  • Trustful and responsible;
  • Friendly and open-minded, eager to learn;
  • Hand-on mentality with organizational skills and the ability to prioritize.
