We are looking for a Project Manager to manage different internal projects within Dennemeyer Group. The project’s content is often IT based and/or process related.
Your goals include ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget. You are responsible for the coordination, execution, control and completion of projects safeguarding consistency with company’s strategy and goals.

Your tasks

  • Lead the planning and implementation of projects;
  • Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables;
  • Define and describe project tasks;
  • Develop a suitable project plan with Microsoft Project based on Dennemeyer Group templates;
  • Ensure and manage resource availability and allocation;
  • Provide direction, guidance and support to the project team;
  • Perform risk management to mitigate and minimize project risks;
  • Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders;
  • Present reports defining project progress, issues and solutions;
  • Manage project changes and interventions;
  • Identify and manage contractors, facilitate the procurement process when necessary;
  • Organize, facilitate and conduct project meetings;
  • Use own skills and expertise to cover missing project roles if required;
  • Support the development of PMO practice.

Your profile

  • University Degree in Economics;
  • IT/Consulting background is a plus, also Quantitative/Finance skills;
  • Qualification in project management (e.g. IPMA / PMP / PRINCE II certification);
  • Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management;
  • Knowledge of project management techniques and tools;
  • Proven experience in people management and risk management;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills;
  • Experience with Microsoft Project and the reporting
