Your tasks

Your area of operations comprises troubleshooting, developing technical solutions and offering workarounds for our intellectual property software. You will resolve internal and external tickets, including peer support, using mostly email but also phone and remote maintenance. 

After a specific, internal training delivered by our colleagues, you will contribute by:

  • 1st and 2nd level support of our software;
  • Analyzing and reproducing reported issues;
  • Tracing and debugging applications;
  • Creating SQL scripts for system configuration and data cleaning;
  • Creating and maintain rule scripts, reports and Mail merge documents;
  • Monitoring and escalating issues to our development;
  • Customization projects (continuous evaluation, development and implementation);
  • Teaching colleagues and clients with regard to our different software products

Your profile


  • Experience in support field;
  • Good knowledge of SSMS and MS SQL, particularly complex queries, user-defined functions, views, stored procedures;
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, including MS Access reports, queries; 
  • Fluent oral and written in two of the following: English, French, German;
  • Ability to listen carefully and explain efficiently; 
  • Ability to integrate and work in a multicultural team;
  • Willing to learn constantly and work proactive;
  • Prove a hands-on mentality and independent working style, be highly motivated to take up responsibility and to complete assignments in a timely manner;
  • Commitment to a long-term employment


  • Experience in the customer relationship field;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word mail merge, KIX, SVN and/or ComponentOne Report Designer;
  • Additional language;
  • Intellectual Property knowledge
