Your tasks

  • Provide executive support through structuring and prioritizing work commissioned by the CEO and ensuring the highest possible quality of work in collaboration with other departments worldwide
  • Understand business priorities and identify process improvements to create efficiency and scale for the leadership team
  • Prepare management presentations as well as organize and prepare meetings, coordinate agendas, conduct analyses, summaries, etc.
  • Follow up and implementation of board decisions
  • Support global expert teams in projects implementing strategic business decisions and goals
  • Support regular controlling, reporting and selected strategy projects as well as other miscellaneous duties
  • Support annual operational planning process, business planning and performance review cycles

Your profile

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration and/or Finance
  • Professional experience, ideally in strategy consulting is a plus
  • Experience in project management is a plus
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office products (Excel, Power Point etc.)
  • Excellent command of verbal and written communication skills in both German and English is required,
  • French is a plus
  • High analytical and conceptual skills and aptitude for problem solving
  • Ability to handle high work-load and work with accuracy under pressure
  • Strong team player, highly collaborative and flexible
  • High level of discretion in handling sensitive business secrets
  • Ability to learn quickly and high degree of empathy
  • High level of reliability, dedication and commitment
  • Willingness to travel and visit our other offices worldwide
