Your tasks

    • You will be part of our human resource team in Luxemburg, which is also responsible for our French office;  
    • You will provide dedicated guidance and coaching to multiple managers and employees with specific focus on: employee advocacy/engagement, HR fundamentals and process training, employee relations management, performance management, career development, talent assessment, acquisition and retention and workplace investigations as appropriate.
    • You will support establishing the vision and architecture for the Human Resources function on a global basis. This includes partnering with HR colleagues globally to understand regional differences, to ensure customization of best practices that meet global and regional needs and to ensure the effective local implementation of HR strategies and processes.
    • You will implement and enable global corporate HR initiatives that are aligned with business strategies such as implementing a global HRM solution and lead the deployment of standard HR processes across the organization.
    • You will provide HR guidance when company expands and grows in new markets and geographies.

      Your profile

      • University degree in business, psychology or similar (master's degree);
      • 4+ years of recognized HR experience within an international working environment;
      • Proven ability to translate commercial priorities into people priorities;
      • Proven ability to present complex HR issues in a clear manner;
      • Ability to drive both strategic decisions and operational tasks;
      • High degree of social competence and excellent team work skills;
      • Interest in international project deployment;
      • Experienced in Luxemburgish labor law;
      • English, German and French fluency mandatory, further languages appreciated.
