Your tasks

  • Ensuring projects are delivered on time. The project’s content is often IT based and/or process related.
  • Coordination and completion of projects safeguarding consistency with company’s strategy and goals
  • Lead the planning and implementation of projects;
  • Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables;
  • Define and describe project tasks;
  • Develop a suitable project plan with Microsoft Project based on Companies templates;
  • Provide direction, guidance and support to the project team;
  • Perform risk management to mitigate and minimize project risks;
  • Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders;
  • Present reports defining project progress, issues and solutions;
  • Identify and manage contractors, facilitate the procurement process when necessary;
  • Organize, facilitate and conduct project meetings;
  • Ability and willingness to use own expertise to cover missing project roles if required;
  • Willingness to travel if necessary.

    Your profile

    • University Degree in Economics or related studies with Project Management content;
    • 3+ years of professional experience in project management;
    • IT/Consulting background is a plus, also Finance/Controlling skills is a plus;
    • Qualification in project management (e.g. IPMA / PMP / PRINCE II certification);
    • Proven experience in people management and risk management;
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; French or any other language is a plus;
    • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills;
    • Intercultural competence and empathy;
    • Well experience with Microsoft Project;
    • Excellent knowledge Microsoft Office.
