In her practice, Laura Suciu handles a wide spectrum of trademark matters, including conducting and assessing clearance searches, drafting and prosecuting applications, responding to office actions and managing complex opposition, cancellation and appeal proceedings before the EUIPO.

She also supports clients in portfolio protection, enforcement and risk assessment, contributing to the effective safeguarding and strengthening of their brands across jurisdictions.
