DIAMS iQ is a three-tier system comprised of an application server, database server and user interface. The application server hosts DIAMS iQ’s business logic that is implemented as a Windows service using Microsoft’s WebAPI technology. A Microsoft SQL Server instance hosts the DIAMS iQ database and stores the data entered through DIAMS iQ’s user interface. This is developed using Microsoft’s Smart Client Technology. The DIAMS iQ smart client supports Intranet as well as Internet connectivity over HTTP or HTTPS/SSL.
System requirements - for on premise instance
The smart client is simply installed by one-click into the user's profile. Updates are automatically downloaded and installed without any user interaction and do not need administrative permissions. Optionally on request we can provide a traditional MSI package to install the DIAMS iQ smart client.
