In his role as Head of Global Business Restructuring, International Tax & Transfer Pricing, Arthur Gobel is responsible for the tax strategy and tax affairs of Dennemeyer and the continuous enhancement of the group's international tax and transfer pricing policy. Due to intricated topics and in view of steadily increasing the group’s operating model effectiveness, he also takes the role of project manager on various functional and/or legal business re-organization workstreams. Arthur Gobel established the in-house Global Tax Department in June 2018 and its extended workbench soon thereafter.

Before joining Dennemeyer, he acquired over 15 years' experience in various areas of expertise, from international tax & transfer pricing to external audit & corporate advisory services, corporate law and alternative dispute resolution - and in many industry sectors  - energy & utilities, transportation, health sciences, software, banking & funding, fashion & luxury, culture & entertainment. Arthur Gobel served Big Four firms as well as top-ranked French and US law firms.

He worked successively as a financial auditor/M&A/Litigation consultant and as an attorney, notably in the field of tax. Arthur Gobel's expertise also encompasses legal, finance and strategic matters.

Arthur Gobel speaks English, German and French and has been active in the field of IP since 2013.
