Since joining Dennemeyer in 2018, Dominic Nowak has held several leadership and director roles across the Group, contributing significantly to its organizational development, operational performance, and strategic growth.

In 2020, he became Managing Director of the Munich office, further expanding his responsibilities in leadership, business operations, and corporate development.

As Chief Operating Officer, Dominic focuses on translating strategy into execution, creating greater operational alignment across the organization, and driving sustainable growth through efficiency, innovation, and collaboration. His role is centered on strengthening the Group’s operational ecosystem and ensuring the successful delivery of its long-term objectives.

Dominic studied Political Science at LMU Munich and Business Administration at TU Munich. He brings extensive experience in strategic and operational management within the legal services and consulting industry.

Dominic Nowak speaks English, German and French and has been active in the field of IP since 2016.
