Raluca Judele has held several leadership roles within Dennemeyer since joining the company in 2011, combining expertise in Intellectual Property (IP), operations and business management.

From 2013 to 2023, she led the International Recordals Department, overseeing client relationships, pricing and team performance while supporting the delivery of services to a global client base.

Since March 2014, she has served as Managing Director of Dennemeyer & Associates Romania and has held additional directorship roles across several Dennemeyer entities.

Between 2015 and 2025, she was Global Head of Agent Relationship Management, where she oversaw the development of Dennemeyer's international network of local associates and supported the expansion of strategic partnerships across multiple jurisdictions.

Since July 2023, she has served as one of the two Managing Directors of Dennemeyer & Associates worldwide, contributing to the firm's business development, operational management and international growth.

Raluca Judele is fluent in English and Romanian and has a working knowledge of French.
