Giuseppe holds a PhD in biorobotics and is expert in image processing, surgical navigation systems and spectroscopy. During the predoctoral and postdoctoral activities, Giuseppe focused in designing and developing clinical research devices and software applications. He was also involved in trouble-shooting electromechanical issues of devices, defining clinical protocols, and dealing with deliverables. He is author of about 40 scientific publications. In addition to the experience in patent drafting and prosecution, Giuseppe is able to provide opinions on  patentability, infringement, and FtO.

Giuseppe Lo Presti speaks English, Spanish and Italian and has been active in the field of IP since 2020.
