Matt has more than 25 years of experience as leader in the legal and technology industries. After graduating with honors from University of Maryland School of Law, Matt worked for 13 years as a corporate lawyer and litigator, serving as lead partner for the Delaware corporate practice of an AmLaw 100 law firm. Matt has spent the last 13 years of his career as an executive with technology companies, overseeing Legal, HR and Strategy teams and helping shape corporate strategy.
