Elena Bogdan has been active in the field of Intellectual Property (IP) since 2017, gaining solid experience in both pre-grant and post-grant patent procedures.

Since 2024, Elena Bogdan has served as Operations Manager within the European Patent Validation Department. In this role, she oversees key processes including claims translations, payment of grant fees, European patent validations, as well as unitary patent and opt‑out requests, ensuring accuracy, efficiency and compliance throughout the life cycle of European patents.

Elena Bogdan is fluent in English and Romanian.
