Before specializing in Intellectual Property (IP), Sanda Sarău built a solid legal foundation over several years of experience as a legal advisor in Romanian commercial law.
Since joining Dennemeyer & Associates in 2011, she has developed a strong and well‑rounded practice in IP, with hands‑on involvement across a broad range of patent‑related services. Her experience includes European patent validations, PCT national phase entries and patent prosecution support.
Sanda Sarău has developed particular expertise in reinstatement matters, supporting clients by assessing legal grounds for recovery, coordinating evidence gathering and managing submissions across multiple jurisdictions. She has in‑depth knowledge of key IP systems and institutions, including the EPO, WIPO, EUIPO and numerous national offices.
Sanda Sarău is currently active in the Patent Department, where she focuses on worldwide reinstatement matters alongside national patent proceedings.
