Tomislav Hadzija is Global Head of Trademark Practice steering Dennemeyer’s global team of trademark attorneys.
He is also director of Dennemeyer & Associates law firm presence in Croatia actively involved with the firm’s operations across the Western Balkans.
With more than 20 years of experience in Intellectual Property, Tomislav advises domestic and international clients on global trademark strategy, portfolio management, clearance, prosecution, oppositions, enforcement and complex cross-border disputes. In his role as a Trademark Attorney within Dennemeyer & Associates, Tomislav has been acting as main Global International Trademark Counsel for a multinational pharmaceutical company.
Tomislav has extensive experience coordinating international trademark portfolios and aligning legal protection with clients’ commercial objectives. His work combines strategic global oversight with detailed knowledge of European Union and national trademark practice, including proceedings before the EUIPO.
As a European Patent Attorney Tomislav also handles patent prosecution matters and broader regional IP issues before the Croatian Intellectual Property Office and EPO.
He is Croatia Attorney at Law, Croatian Patent Attorney, European Patent Attorney and European Trademark and Design Attorney.
Tomislav speaks Croatian, English and German and has worked in the field of Intellectual Property since 2005.
