Dennemeyer and GSI Office Management strengthen partnership: a strong past, a smarter future
The Dennemeyer Group and GSI Office Management GmbH are pleased to announce the next phase of their longstanding collaboration, marking a significant step forward in how the two organizations will work together to deliver more modern, scalable and technology‑driven solutions to their customers.
For many years, Dennemeyer and GSI have been connected through a robust technical interface for WiNPAT that enabled data exchange and operational continuity. Building on years of successful technical collaboration, the partnership is now being formalized at the leadership level to drive the next phase of modernization.
With the rapid evolution of technology, both organizations have recognized the opportunity – and the need – to elevate the relationship to a strategic collaboration focused on innovation. The enhanced partnership introduces a new governance structure, a shared vision for future integrations and a joint commitment to developing interfaces and processes designed for today's digital Intellectual Property (IP) ecosystem.
As part of this evolution, the software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform, IP Now, will begin onboarding customers, bringing cloud‑based capabilities and an improved user experience to the ecosystem. The new Dennemeyer interface is seamlessly integrated into IP Now and offers functionality for handling annuity and renewal instructions – with easy portfolio registration, a smooth online order process, and full flexibility to initiate or cancel orders at any time. The demonstration video below provides additional insight into these developments. It is also planned to technically upgrade the current WiNPAT interface to Dennemeyer’s annuities services to a modern API driven connectivity.
"Our relationship with GSI has naturally matured beyond a functional connection," said Tobias Diebold, CEO of Dennemeyer Group. "This next chapter allows us to work more closely on solutions that anticipate the needs of our customers and support them throughout the entire IP life cycle."
GSI's leadership shared its outlook.
"We are excited to elevate our business partnership with Dennemeyer and jointly drive next‑generation technological innovations that will shape the future for our customers," commented Sandra Koscielny, CEO of GSI Office Management.
GSI Office Management is one of the leading providers of IP management systems in Europe, established in the market for over 35 years. Dennemeyer, with more than 60 years of global IP expertise, complements this with comprehensive services and a presence in over 20 countries.
This strengthened collaboration reflects the commitment of both organizations to continuously evolve, modernize and deliver best‑in‑class technologies to the IP community.
