Dennemeyer & Associates joins DIANA Legal Connect

The North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) has selected Dennemeyer & Associates to be a legal-support member of the Defence Innovation Accelerator for the North Atlantic (DIANA) programme. In line with the Alliance's core principles of democracy, individual liberty, human rights and the rule of law, DIANA Legal Connect fosters the development and responsible deployment of dual-use technologies that reinforce NATO security and resilience.

As part of this network, our Dennemeyer & Associates experts feel honoured to offer legal guidance to deep-tech innovators selected in answer to DIANA's Challenge Calls – covering, in full regulatory compliance, Intellectual Property (IP) protection, export control and multi-jurisdictional frameworks.

With established offices in Luxembourg, Germany, Italy, France, Poland, Romania, the United Kingdom and the United States, and with client activities spanning all jurisdictions of the Alliance and its strategic partners, the Dennemeyer Group is ideally positioned to support companies operating across NATO's accelerator and test centre network.

"We are proud to support NATO's DIANA initiative, empowering innovative companies in the programme to fully leverage Dennemeyer & Associates' international reach and deep techno-legal expertise. Through clear, actionable guidance and robust IP protection, we help these pioneers capture and secure their tech breakthroughs and accelerate their impact within NATO's mutualized security framework," said Stéphane Ambrosini, European Patent Attorney and Managing Director of Dennemeyer & Associates.

"As I grew up near Cologne, Germany, during the early-nineties posting of NATO's Belgian and British forces under the Northern Army Group, I witnessed first-hand the values and realities of collective security," said Dr. Mathieu Buchkremer, European Patent Attorney and DIANA Point of Contact at Dennemeyer. "Supporting dual-use and deep-tech innovators today – through a clear understanding of NATO's principles – is a professional commitment one can only be proud of."

Dennemeyer & Associates looks forward to supporting the DIANA ecosystem and contributing to a secure, innovation-driven future for the Alliance.
