Initial challenges


Interparfums is a French company that, over the long term, creates, develops and distributes fragrance and cosmetic lines for prestigious brands worldwide. As the olfactory partner of renowned fashion houses such as Lanvin and Rochas, Interparfums relies on a robust Intellectual Property (IP) strategy to safeguard its assets and market presence. 

Fragmented and time‑consuming processes 

Previously, the company relied on an outdated trademark management system whose complexity increased administrative workload, hindered day‑to‑day productivity and raised concerns about the reliability and accuracy of data.


What INTERPARFUMS needed


With a portfolio comprising thousands of trademarks and designs across multiple jurisdictions, Interparfums was facing significant challenges due to its outmoded IP Management System (IPMS). As this legacy solution became increasingly obsolete, the company encountered mounting obstacles in efficiently managing its IP. Seeking to replace an ineffective tool, Interparfums aimed for a modern and robust system capable of streamlining IP management while reducing risk.

The Interparfums team required an intuitive and automated platform able to process complex data quickly and accurately, while minimizing errors and system failures.
